How will I get my refund? 💸

You have 14 days📆 from the moment you receive your package to send us your return.

↩️How to return:

1️⃣ Open a request in our returns portal.
2️⃣ Print the return slip sent via email and include it inside your package.
3️⃣ Keep your shipping receipt.

🔄Size exchanges:

  • Available for orders made to: Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Poland or the Netherlands.
  • For other countries, please process a return and place a new order.
  • One free size exchange per order. If you need another exchange, you'll have to make a return (€19.99 return fee) and place a new order.

You will get a free return label! The refund will be issued as store credit plus an extra 15% bonus to treat yourself to a new order.

2️⃣Refund to the original payment method:

  • Spain & Portugal We’ll provide a return label at a cost of €5.99. You also have the option to arrange the return yourself.
  • Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Poland & the Netherlands We’ll provide a return label at a cost of €14.99. You also have the option to arrange the return yourself.
  • UK 🇬🇧 A €20 fee applies, but we’ll take care of everything. That includes a return label and handling all that customs clearance payment hassle. Easy peasy! 😉
  • Rest of Europe 🌍 Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer. You’ll find all the instructions in our returns portal.
  • Rest of the World 🌎 Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer. A €15 administrative fee will apply due to customs clearance procedures.

🔎 Before you send us back any items, you must know:

  • 🚫 No returns/exchanges for bikini 👙 bottoms, swimsuits, as well as piercings, ear cuffs, earrings or masks will be accepted for hygiene reasons.
  • Products purchased through 2x1 promotions cannot be exchanged or returned. If your order included a gift, you must also return it. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the final refund amount.**
  • It is essential that the products you wish to return are in perfect condition, with no obvious signs of use and that they are returned in their original packaging.
  • Orders with unpaid customs charges will not be accepted. Any additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days after the reception of the goods in our warehouse.
